Hello, I’m Deb.
I created CaregiverHQ out of the everyday experience of caring for both of my aging parents: hospital stays, appointments, medication changes, insurance questions, and the details that don’t stop coming.
The Caregiver Command Center grew from the need to keep that information together. God in the Hallway grew from the quieter part of the same journey—the moments that call for faith, courage, and a reminder that we are not alone.
Caregiving is my ministry, and I believe God is the author of all of this: the book, the tools, and this little corner of the internet. My hope is to offer something useful for your hands and something encouraging for your heart.

Where do I purchase these resources?
My caregiver workbooks (the Caregiver Command Center™, Hospital Survival Kit™, Doctor Visit Companion™, Prior Authorization Companion Guide™, and Insurance & Claims Companion™) are sold through my Etsy shop. God in the Hallway is available through Amazon. If you’d like all five workbooks, The CaregiverHQ Complete Kit Collection™ bundles them together on Etsy for $84.95, a $30 savings over buying them separately. The purchase buttons take you directly to the relevant listing, where checkout and delivery are handled.
Will a printed workbook arrive in the mail?
Each workbook in my Etsy shop is a digital download. It includes a printable PDF, fillable PDF, editable Excel workbook, and a getting-started guide. No physical workbook is shipped. You can print the PDF pages for your own caregiving binder.
How do I receive the workbook files?
Etsy makes the download available after payment is confirmed. The listing includes one ZIP containing the workbook formats and getting-started guide (the Complete Kit Collection includes one ZIP for each of the five kits). Follow the download instructions in your Etsy purchase.
Can I use this for someone other than a parent?
Yes. The workbook is intended for family caregivers caring for an aging parent, spouse, family member, or friend. You can choose the pages that are useful for your own caregiving situation.
Is the book part of the workbook download?
No. They are separate products. The workbook provides practical organization tools; God in the Hallway is a caregiving devotional purchased separately through Amazon.
Can I share the downloaded workbook?
The Etsy listing includes a personal-use license for your own household or caregiving situation. Redistribution, resale, or sharing the files outside that license is not permitted. See the listing for the complete terms.
